Whilst purchasing online seems very tempting during this pandemic, in reality we see how badly the glasses fit and vision is often not accurate.
We have gone to great length to ensure our practice is a safe place to buy glasses and you can feel confident to shop in person. Every pair of glasses gets disinfected after being handled, every machine gets cleaned after use and all our staff wear PPE at all times.

Great news! We are are OPEN and have been hard at work to prepare the practice for you.
Following the latest government advice we are pleased to announce that we will be able to expand the services and care we provide. So, if you’ve noticed any changes in your vision, have a problem with your glasses or contact lenses or have any concerns about your eye health, contact us now to book.
In order to follow social distancing guidelines we can see you by appointment only – but booking is really easy – simply call 020 8731 9999
You know at Gavzey Opticians we take your health seriously. And this has never been more important than right now. That’s why we’re taking extra precautions to keep you and our staff safe as we provide the expert care we’re known for. We have therefore:
• Enabled safe social distancing by limiting the number of customers in store
• Provided staff with personal protective equipment (PPE) to provide care safely
• Put in place additional deep cleaning procedures
• Provided hygiene stations in store for you to take advantage of
You can also help by attending your appointment alone if possible, bringing your own pen and, if you can, a face mask or covering.
Gavzey Opticians has a long history of caring for people and communities and this has been no different as we have faced into these unprecedented times.
